Oh Yes.

The ignorance of America’s young people, myself included.
Pardon my lack of posting. I get lazy and forget/don’t know what to talk about.
Cnn says that Obama has now claimed victory as the Democrats presidential candidate; wonderful. Thank you American people for choosing a man with no experience, an interesting middle name, anti-police friends, and an almost anti-American wife. All because he gives a good speech and can state tjat he can cause change? Where does he plan on getting the money to cause all of this change? Hopefully John McCain can make a swell VP choice and stay ahead.
Of course these aren’t all my original thoughts, just things I’ve collected and agree with, so I take no credit.

Take A Risk In Life.
May 9, 2008
Get over it. You are worthless.
Anyway, that was all a lie. I hate this keyboard. HP needs to give up. They shouldn’t be making computers. They can’t get the keyboard straight, how are they going to make a whole, complete. sexy, delicious computer.
Now for the title. I am currently posting from my friends [ugly (64-bit linux) HP garbage!!!]. I must apologize for my lack of posting. Not that anyone reads this anyway. I have half a reason for this.
I was rockin’ the land of the oranges and theme parks. Thats right folks, Florida! Woooh. Awana Summit. I painted for fine arts, quizzed (Silver round), and did games. Marcello, you don’t know me, but you have inspired me. Thank you sir.
This kept me from my drawing/blogging. I have continued to be lazy. I am sorry for failing you.
Now on to not eating pizza, dreaming of Starbucks, not doing homework, and playing risk.
Summit, I don’t like you. You have ruined my life. Good going.
Ok, maybe not completely, but you did help my pre calc grade fail. A lot.
I will continue to come though, so don’t be worried. I will return!
I have no art to post. I am sorry.
Farewell my friends. Ok, you’re not all my friends, but you get the point.
Blogging in front of people is quite entertaining.
A Dragon’s Dream.

Well then. This is a design I was working on earlier today. I’m diggin’ how its coming out. I’m not sure what I’m going to do for the background though? Also the shading is still shady (pun intended). I’m hoping to actually color it and submit it to Threadless. Done with a micron pen and maker paper.
Good news: Brand new The Office tonight! Woot! Pretty sweet. And tomorrow is already Friday. And I did a drawing today.
Today in art we continued to do our ala prima paintings. I enjoy this much more than using a palette. Continually adding paint can get annoying though while attempting to get the shades where you want them. I also struggle with having big noticeable brush strokes. When I see other peoples brush strokes I really like ‘em, but when I’m working I always want to smooth it out.
I’d say thats all for today?

Morals.

Yay something somewhat new. I did it on Thursday for my art final (part of it). More description is on the Flickr page. Hopefully I’ll have some time to really sit down and sketch soon.
Tomorrow is the big day. The return of The Office. Yesss. Gunna be pretty sweet.
I don’t think I have much more to talk about. I could scan another sketch from awhile ago up, but I’ll probably do that tomorrow?

Cake Walk.
April 8, 2008
First try posting something straight from Flickr onto here. Today you get a nice variety, maybe some Josh thoughts, some sweet quotes, and art, woot.
The cakewalk thing was done a few saturdays ago. It took about an hour, and got quite boring to do =p. Its actually orange paper but my scanner isn’t scanning in color for some reason.
Ronald Reagan is the man. Heres a nice selection from quotationspage.com:
Abortion is advocated only by persons who have themselves been born.
Ronald Reagan (1911 - 2004)
Thomas Jefferson once said, ‘We should never judge a president by his age, only by his works.’ And ever since he told me that, I stopped worrying.

Oh yes. Don’t worry McCain!
Today I consumed Lady Grey with some sugar, cream, and honey. I will become a tea enthusiast.
I think thats all I’ve got for today.
Josh.
Apologies
April 7, 2008
Sorry for the lack of new content. Not that anyone really checked. I’m probably going to scan some stuff up and post it, hopefully later today. I’m off to buy a new micron (I lost mine), so yay. Hopefully I do have something to scan. I just realized one thing I was “fixin’ ” to post is in my sketch book, which is currently at school.
Yea. Thanks for any support. (Comments would rock).
Josh.
Number One
April 6, 2008
Well, this whole thing is basically a test. I’ll try it out for awhile and see if I actually get anyone who is interested and wants to read. If things don’t go well here I might have to run off to some other site with more people er something. We’ll see how it goes. I’ll probably use this like a basic blog, sharing my thoughts, points of view, and what not. Along with that I’ll make this into an art forum. Post up new sketches, work, thoughts, questions, etc. So, stay tuned. To try and get some interested people I’ll probably post bulletins on my myspace and all that jazz. Maybe post my link up places and stuff. We’ll see. As usual, you can always check my Flickr. Any work one here will be there as well.
As said, this is all basically a test.
